Below are a series of video that explore how to utilize Zoom for video meetings, and videos that can be played for participants to introduce them to the controls.

This video can be used to play for participants at the start of a meeting.  We discuss how to mute their microphone and camera.  Also, we discuss how to troubleshoot any issues that may occur with their equipment.  Finally, we cover how to utilize the chat area and the nonverbal feedback buttons in the Participants window.

Zoom can create a passcode for a scheduled meeting; however, there are additional steps that need to be taken to make sure that passcode is working effectively.  This video will show the steps to achieve this goal.

To better control the chat area during a Zoom session, you can set the meeting to where only the host can receive the chat messages.  You can also turn off the ability of participants to chat with others.  This video will show you how to complete these steps.

This video will demonstrate how to mute microphones and disable cameras during the scheduling of and while in the Zoom meeting. We show how to mute mics and turn off the ability or participants to unmute their microphones.
